  5. Hi there !! I finally worked up to this low Impact exercise I was doing the one for 14, 15 minutes so Iโ€™m moving on up and Iโ€™m following all your workouts! Because many of the workouts I was looking for were still kind of hard for me, so because of your low impacts Iโ€™ am becoming healthier and stronger .. I truly ๐Ÿ™ thank you !! Your calm way down doing this is most excellent for me !

  8. Thank you for this workout, which would be perfect if there were music! I especially appreciate the stretches and cool down at the end, so many exercise videos give the stretches short shrift, and they're so important. Thanks for getting me moving.

  9. Really enjoyed this workout, although it challenged the coordination of my upper body and lower body movements but I will practise these and master them. Really enjoyed the stretching at the end for cooling down as well.
